At Edutraion, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality services. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we have established the following Return and Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
    • Duplicate payments made for the same service.
    • Services were not delivered as promised due to technical or internal issues caused by Edutraion.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments
    Payments for services such as Campus Counseling Training, Live Certification Programs, Internships, Placement Assistance, or Soft Skills Development are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a specific service agreement.
  3. Cancellation of Services
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment to be eligible for a refund review.
    • No refunds will be processed if services have already commenced or been delivered.
  4. Procedure for Refund Requests
    To request a refund, users must:
    • Submit a written request to support@edutraion.com explaining the reason for the refund.
    • Attach any relevant payment receipts or supporting documents.
      Edutraion will review the request and respond within 7 working days.
  5. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  6. Partial Refunds
    In cases where only a portion of the service has been delivered, Edutraion may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund.
  7. Third-Party Services
    Edutraion is not responsible for refunds or cancellations related to third-party services or collaborations (e.g., industry-aligned projects or certifications co-created with MNCs).
  8. Disputes and Resolution
    For any disputes regarding payments or refunds, users can contact Edutraion’s support team for assistance. If unresolved, the issue may be escalated to senior management for further review.
